Cloud workflow

Requires the Cloud plan and an organization (Plans and access). Org admins manage the team and invites; work on a base is controlled by Creator, Editor, and Member (base roles).

1. Load — open the base (main + personal draft).
2. Work — changes auto-save to the draft.
3. Push — apply draft to main.
4. Optional Baseline — mark main (audit/milestone).
5. Optional base access — under Settings → Members, assign people to bases.

Push and Baseline are separate steps.

Single ↔ Cloud

Use Export/Import of a .baseline file to move bases between Single mode and Cloud. History and baselines are preserved when present in the package.

Conflicts

If someone else pushed to main meanwhile, your Push may be rejected. Compare draft with main and push again.
