View
A view defines how entries and columns are shown. It does not duplicate data. Each block has at least one default view; you can add more.
Schema panel
Section titled “Schema panel”While modeling, configure per view:
- Name
- Icon
- Description
- Default view (one per block)
- Create and delete
- for Gallery (tiles): cover image column, title column, and tile size
Block toolbar
Section titled “Block toolbar”Column visibility, filters, sort, and grouping are set in the entries toolbar of the block view — not in the schema panel. The same records appear differently in each view without duplicating data.
View types
Section titled “View types”Depending on product stage and plan, available layouts include:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Table | Classic rows and columns; double-click opens the detail panel |
| List | Compact list with preview |
| Gallery (tiles) | Each record as a tile in a responsive grid |
| Board, calendar, timeline | Planned |
Gallery (tiles)
Section titled “Gallery (tiles)”Use gallery views for content such as processes, policies, assets, or risks.
Create: In the schema panel under Views, add a Gallery view (plans Professional or Cloud; catalog name “Kacheln” / Gallery).
Schema settings (shown when the gallery view is selected):
- Cover column — an Image (or URL) column shown on the tile
- Title column — column for the tile headline; if unset, the block display name is used
- Tile size — Small, Medium, or Large
In the block view: Search, filter, sort, and grouping work like the table. Extra fields on the tile are controlled via “Columns”. Clicking a tile opens the existing detail panel.
