Column
A column defines a property of entries in a block.

Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”Each column has:
- a name
- a column type
- an optional description
- an optional default value
- a required flag
Choice and multi-choice columns can define allowed values.

Section titled “Two presentation roles”The same column appears differently in the block view depending on the work mode:
- When modeling — configuration in the schema panel (type, name, required, options)
- When maintaining data — input and display in the table and entry detail
The surfaces are separate but follow the same type and column definition. Reference pages show both roles side by side.
